Shipping & Returns


Head West ships within 48 hours of purchase. We ship USPS Priority Mail and provide tracking information for all shipments.  

We ship USPS Priority Mail International.  All packages are shipped insured with tracking.

We cannot insure an item that is valued for less than you actually paid for it. Be prepared to pay your customs fees accordingly.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine import duties, taxes and charges prior to purchase. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.


We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also have to be realistic. 

Therefore, we accept returns for a refund of purchase price, not including shipping, on all US ORDERS. Because of unpredictable shipping times outside of the US, we do not offer returns for international orders. Please ask any questions you need before placing an international order- we are always happy to send close-up photos or specific measurements so that you are happy with your purchase!

We ask that if you decide to return something, please:

  • Let us know within 3 days of receipt of your item.
  • We must receive it within 14 days of your receipt of item.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
  • Return item by the same shipping method and packaging style as you received it.
  • Return item in the same condition as you received it- any obvious wear and tear, soiling, etc. will forfeit the return.

We take great care in providing accurate descriptions of our items and multiple photos. We are not above making an occasional mistake or missing a flaw- we back our products 100% and will always make things right if we have missed something.
