Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship out orders Monday through Friday. We do not currently offer international shipping on online orders, however, you can call or email us to get a shipping quote if you live outside the US.


Our Return Policy:

PLEASE CONTACT US AT shop@headwestbozeman.com BEFORE MAILING BACK ANY RETURNS.


Holiday Return Policy: Any purchases made between November 20th and December 10th may be returned for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY (excluding SALE and VINTAGE items) Otherwise, our original 30 day return policy applies, as well as all other details noted in our return policy.

We will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with receipt. 
 
All returns need to be:

  • Clean
  • Unworn with original tags attached
  • Accompanied by receipt for in-store returns
  • Sale and vintage (Johnny + June) items are FINAL SALE and returns of any kind will not be accepted.

To return an online order:

Please return the item with a note or email as to why you are returning it, and we will issue you a store credit (excluding applicable shipping costs).
Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs for returns sent back to our store. We also do not cover any shipping costs for exchanges.
